Worked independently in NNF certified Level III-A NICU for 12 months. Have experience in neonatal procedures including neonatal resuscitation, surfactant administration, Central lines, PICC lines and umbilical line insertion, neonatal ventilator management. Experience in managing critically ill newborns and preterm babies.
I, Dr Hema Kapoor Thakral have more than 15 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation. I am an alumni of prestigious Jamia hamdard University, Delhi where i completed my Bachelors in Occupational Therapy and was awarded with Gold medal. I bagged another Gold medal in my Masters in Occupational Therapy ,with specialization in Mental Health. I also hold a diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have also completed my MBA in Health Care Services. I am presently pursuing PhD in Occupational Therapy. I have vast experience of working with Special schools, Normal schools, Psychiatric set ups, Rehabilitation clinics and NGO’s.
